Lighting+Building Fair in Frankfurt, March 03-08, 2024
In March, we took part in the largest lighting fair in the world, Lighting+Building Fair in Frankfurt, Germany. Some old customers and many new customers visited our booth, and they were interested in our new products design and would like to cooperate with us. As it’s the biggest lighting fair in the world, it’s the best chance for us to present our company and show our new product designs, so we prepared for samples carefully before the fair, and tried to invite all old customers to visit our booth in the fair. During the meetings, we paid attentions to the customers’ reactions, especially from the new customers. We talked about our new products designs and new business trends in the future. We also discussed about their business plan and how to achieve that. We are happy to hear that our old customers are satisfied with our goods and price and service, and some new customers would like to start cooperation with us.
As the global lighting industry benchmark, the 2024 Frankfurt Lighting+Building Fair gathered 2,843 exhibitors. Centering on "Human-Centric Lighting (HCL)", we showcased circadian rhythm adjustment systems, earning a "Best Biological Lighting Solution" nomination for our booth design.
Key achievements included:
1. Framework agreement with German supermarket chain ALDI for lighting upgrades across 1,200 European stores
2. NDA signed with Swiss medical lighting specialist Lumedic for operating theater lights
3. 136 product improvement suggestions collected from 22 countries
Our spectral control technology paper was selected for the technical symposium. The demonstrated "sunrise wake system" achieved ultra-low 0.1W/m² consumption, with multiple hotel chains requesting samples. Notably, an Italian design institute proposed integrating our dimming panels with smart furniture, signaling cross-industry collaboration trends.
Existing client feedback revealed:
● Spanish distributors requested more 4000K neutral white options
● Dutch partners suggested Bluetooth Mesh networking
● French contractors demanded 3D BIM models
Accordingly, we've established a taskforce to launch programmable drivers by Q4 2024.
