Product Description
Superline LED Street Lights are developed through close collaboration with customers, featuring a sleek modern design. The durable ADC-12 aluminum die-casting construction with powder coating maintains an attractive appearance on city streets. The smooth roof design effectively prevents dirt accumulation from bird droppings, leaves and sandstorms.
The convenient toolless opening mechanism allows easy access to the driver compartment for maintenance. These lights incorporate premium Meanwell or Inventronics power supplies with standard 6KV surge protection (upgradeable to 10/20KV with SPD). Utilizing precision optics and high-performance LED chips (Cree XTE or Lumileds 5050), they meet diverse road lighting needs.
Our advanced thermal management system and robust construction ensure long-lasting performance, backed by a 5-year warranty. The products have undergone rigorous TUV Rheinland testing for LVD and EMC compliance, achieving ENEC, CE and SAA certifications.

FAQ
Q: What's the ideal height for installing it on a light pole?
A: The suggested installation height is 4 to 6 meters. This range ensures the road surface (around 6-10 meters wide) gets even light coverage, which helps achieve the best illumination and efficiency. The specific coverage area will depend on the light distribution curve and how wide the road is.
Q: What does an IP66 rating mean? Is it okay to use in rainy weather?
A: An IP66 rating indicates the luminaire is totally dustproof (the first "6") and can handle low-pressure water spray from every direction (the second "6"). This means it works perfectly fine in rainy or even stormy weather, and it’s the standard protection level for outdoor lighting. Q: Is installation tricky? What tools do I need?
Q: Is it complicated to install? What tools are required?
A: Installing it is pretty simple. The usual steps are: Attach the bracket to the top of the pole -> Secure the luminaire to the bracket with screws -> Connect the power cable (typically using waterproof connectors or terminals). You’ll need basic tools like wrenches, screwdrivers, and maybe a drill (to make holes in the pole for the bracket). There are detailed installation instructions provided.
