Lighting Fair in Warsaw, Poland, March 12-14, 2025

We attended the lighting fair in Warsaw, Poland in March,2025. Before the fair, we invited our old customers in European countries to visit our booth. During the 3 days, we received some new customers who are interested in our products. In the meetings, some new customers showed great interest in cooperating with us and would like to place trial orders for testing. Some old customers are satisfied with our products and service, also good price and would like to go on cooperating with us. We are happy with the fair.

Our team attended the International Lighting Fair in Warsaw, Poland from March 12 to 14, 2025. Prior to the event, we proactively invited existing European clients through emails and social media, sending them new product catalogs in advance. During the exhibition, our LED smart lighting solutions attracted numerous professional visitors - we hosted 47 client groups from Germany, France, Poland and other countries over three days, including 23 new prospects.

Notably, our modular track lighting system gained particular attention from Nordic buyers, with five clients confirming trial orders for performance testing. During negotiations, key discussion points included product certifications (CE, RoHS), waterproof ratings (IP65), and smart control system compatibility. Our technical engineers conducted live demonstrations and provided third-party test reports to address these queries.

The exhibition provided valuable insights into Eastern Europe's demand for color-adjustable luminaires. Consequently, we plan to develop a 2700K-5000K stepless dimming series for this market. Our marketing team is compiling client feedback to finalize new product line planning next quarter.

Epecially some new clients are interested in our new products design, and think they are unique and most fashionable, so they hope to know more about our company, e.g. the workers numbers, R&D and QC, and testing process, and production capacity and delivery time frames. Then we will believe that the cooperation with us will not let them down.
