Interlight + smart sec & building Central Asia, in Astana, Nov 6-8, 2024

In November, we went to Astana, Kazakhstan for the lighting fair. We presented our some new products design and received some good new customers in central Asia countries. As this is the first time for us to come to Kazakhstan, we think it’s good opportunity to open this new central Asia marketing. We tried our best to find some new clients’ info on the Internet and invite them to visit our booth and talk about our product and let them know our company’s general situation, let them feel trusted in us that we could supply good products and quality and competitive price.

We made our debut at the Central Asia International Lighting Exhibition in Astana, Kazakhstan from November 6 to 8, 2024. Tailoring to regional needs, we featured dust-proof industrial lights (IP54 certified) and extreme-cold Led Streetlights (operating range -40℃ to 60℃). Two weeks pre-event, we obtained 327 leads through local chambers of commerce and scheduled 19 in-depth meetings.

On-site observations revealed strong demand from Kazakh infrastructure contractors for road lighting retrofits. Our integrated "smart streetlight + EV charger" design attracted municipal representatives, with a technical seminar planned. Uzbek wholesalers showed higher price sensitivity, prompting us to revise MOQ discounts (8% for initial orders above $20,000).

Notably, our innovative VR "virtual factory tour" of Dongguan production base received 86% positive feedback. Surveys from 23 clients indicated requests for Russian technical documentation and localized service centers. We're negotiating warehouse partnerships in Almaty to achieve 72-hour spare parts delivery by Q2 2025.

We talked about our new products designs and new business trends in the future. We also discussed about their business plan and how to achieve that. We are happy to hear that our old customers are satisfied with our goods and price and service, and some new customers would like to start cooperation with us.
